Greenbird IT wins India Smart Grid Forum 2021 Innovation Award for Best Smart Grid Project in India

Norwegian IT company, Greenbird Integration Technology, has been announced the winner of the coveted India Smart Grid Forum Innovation Award in the category Best Smart Grid Project in India by Utility/Technology Company.

Greenbird won the award for their ground-breaking work with, BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. on the implementation of a Data Lake. The Data Lake enables the utility to integrate enterprise data and make it accessible for analytics and innovative smart grid use cases. The project aims to further the utility’s commitment to ensuring a reliable power supply for their customers.

The ISGF Innovation Awards have been recognizing and celebrating organizations, projects and personalities that have set new benchmarks in the electricity, gas and water sectors since 2017.

Greenbird’s CEO, Thorsten Heller, said,
