Greenbird’s founders have extensive experience of systems integration derived from large scale smart metering rollouts in the Nordic countries. It struck them that every utility was starting from scratch when they approached systems integration, wasting enormous amounts of time and resources. They wanted to find a way to fight these inefficient, costly, slow and risky processes. The founders realized that utilities would benefit from using integration as a service. Greenbird and Utilihive were born.
