Automation of processes to increase self-service, quality and customer experience for SpareBank 1 SR-Bank
SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has teamed up with Greenbird to optimize & automate a number of SR-Bank´s processes concerning customer interaction.
The aim of the project, is to generate savings by reducing the time it takes to process a customer request from first point of contact to end-delivery. The solution that will be delivered, is a process engine that facilitates the flow of information between particular parts of SR-Bank´s technical landscape.
